Medica Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") shall apply to the person who develops, manages, and operates this Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") shall apply to Medica (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the person who develops, manages and operates this application (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the following items: 1.

"Agreement": This refers to the contract for use of the Service between the Company and the User, which is concluded under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2. User": All registered users of the Service. 3. User Information": ID and password of a user registered for the Service. 4.
"Communication Device": refers to a smart phone, tablet device, or computer device.

Article 3 (Modification of these Terms of Use)

the Operator may modify this Agreement at any time if any of the following items apply. The Agreement shall be governed by the amended Terms and Conditions after the amendments are made. 1.
1. when the modification of this Agreement is in the general interest of the User
2. the modification of this Agreement is not contrary to the purpose for which the agreement was made, and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the modified content and its contents, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification
when a user starts using the Service after the modification of these Terms of Use, such user is deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms of Use.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)

the User may use the Service free of charge in principle. However, some functions of the Service may be provided for a fee under a plan to be separately presented. 2. (2) The User may use the applicable functions by registering for a paid plan. (3) The User may use the functions and services of the plan. (3) The User agrees in advance that the functions and services of the plan contents will not be available after the plan contents are changed. (4) The Service does not provide any paid functions.
the Service will not issue receipts or other documentation of payment for payments made through the provision of paid functions.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Service shall handle personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" stipulated by the Operator.

Article 6 (Contents of the Service)

The Service is an application that records items determined by the User and visualizes the results in a chart.

Article 7 (User Registration)

A person who wishes to become a user of the Service shall agree to the terms of this Agreement and shall register as a user in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Operator. 2. (2) In the event of any change in the information registered pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the user shall be obligated to immediately follow the procedures for changing the registered information. 3. The Operator may refuse user registration at its discretion. 4. A user shall not use, lend, transfer, sell, trade, or pledge his/her account on the Service to any third party.
